    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope ... although the IRS doesn't stop you from doing this the banking regulations against fraud have most banks policing deposits and rejecting them ... it is a safety measure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok&amp;nbsp; ... you had your refund sent to a debit card that was not yours ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the bank that processes the deposit rejected it and returned it to the IRS ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so the IRS will convert it to a paper check mailed to the address on the return... this conversion can take 3 weeks or more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
