To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Instructions were very clear as to how to download my 2019 return and print . Unfortunately still no go . I can not even view the documents and it has been 3 weeks since I filed. I am at a loss for a remedy. The message from turbo tax is that the download may take a few minutes but after those few minutes it bounces me out of the site and tells me to sign in again after which I am starting from square one. Never had an issue in prior years.

First try clearing cache and cookies from your web browser. If that does not correct the problem then try a different web browser. If that does not correct the problem, then reset your network modem by turning off the modem. Wait about 30 seconds and then start the modem. See if that corrects the problem.
