Changing direct deposit info for corona virus package

I filed my taxes with direct deposit over a month and a half ago, and never got any notices other then it was approved but am fairly certain they took it to cover a student loan I'm negligent on like they did last year, since people filing weeks afterwards received theirs already.

My direct deposit info that is on the site is no longer valid, and if they are giving it out and not putting it towards debts I would like to get it and have not been able to change it or find any info on what may have happened to my taxes.

I was homeless when filing and my registered address was a homeless shelter (that's not easily accessible due to the virus), so i cant get mail there if that's where they end up sending the check.

I'm staying in an extended stay hotel for a couple months and would like to either change my current direct deposit info to my current bank, or send it to the hotel that I'm at...

I've not been able to figure out how, and cant contact a real person without paying $30 to upgrade.

Hopefully trying to come up with a solution before I have to bite the bullet and pay it.

The IRS does not have my direct deposit information. What can I do?

In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.
