It is unknown at this time.

Specific guidance has not been provided as far as how the stimulus checks will be sent out.

Thanks for the basic information which i had already read. My question was not answered. Since the IRS has the new Peoples First Initiative will this allow my refund to come to me instead of paying my back taxes. I understand the Stimulus check will
