We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding this. If the IRS does not use the same means for the stimulus check as for your tax refund, then they will mail the check to the address on the most recently filed tax return they have on record for you.

If you had the federal tax refund direct deposited onto the Turbo Visa card then you will have the stimulus payment direct deposited onto the Turbo Visa card.

I read on IRS.gov that they will use whatever direct deposit information use on your most recent tax return. Direct deposit whether bank account, debit card. Just look at your return and check the direct deposit information and that will be the account your stimulus will be sent
