Based on what you are saying as to what you are seeing, it appears that your Federal return never got e-filed. It may be that you went on to print it and somehow went ahead to the state and e-filed, but you need to go back and carefully look through since it appears the Federal never got filed. Otherwise, you would have received a status that it was filed and you would receive word once accepted. If you have opted to text messaging, you would also have gotten a text that your Federal return was accepted. It truly sounds as though somehow you plotted ahead but did not file federal. Good luck
