No the IRS will not and cannot seize any stimulus funds for an unpaid debt.

Ok what if you got a letter 4464C and been waiting 60 days for your refund and its on hold will they still send you your stimulus

check to the direct deposit information you put on you 2019 taxes return

Since the IRS received and accepted your 2019 tax return, the bank information for direct deposit is on file with the IRS.
