      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried for 2 days to get a hold of some one to no avail.&amp;nbsp; All I here is your expercing high voulme and hold for the next specialist.&amp;nbsp; My questions is I received my Intuit Turbo card and at first I had it set up, now its telling me my refund has not been placed on my card.&amp;nbsp; my card number is &amp;lt;card number removed&amp;gt;.&amp;nbsp; Can some call me or email/text me what I need to do.&amp;nbsp; I am 71 years old and not very computer savy.&amp;nbsp; my Phone number is [phone number removed] and my e-mail is [email address removed].&amp;nbsp; Thank You very much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
