Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

Yes I have checked all of that already. State still says it is processing and turbo tax shows it as accepted. It has never taken this long to receive our state taxes. Others that I have talked with filed after us and received their IL state refund already.

@cmcclellan91 Sorry--if Il is showing that it is processing you just have to wait them out. If you live in IL you must be aware that IL has lots of budget problems and is slow to pay anything. Sorry.
