Fee for tax prep

Apparently my entire return of $5778 has been kept and sent to the department of education as payment on my student loan. I have been making the payment they set up and still they kept my entire return. This could have possibly come at a worse time considering I'm out of work as well because of the covid 19 virus. Now, I owe turbo tax $80 in fees That were supposed to come out of my return and I am currently unable to pay that amount as a result. What can I do?

Call the phone number on the email you received from TurboTax to make payment arrangements.

Yo guys have already charged me, it came out of the return, how come you are charging me for a second time, this time to my card.?
