I filed my 2018 Federal & State Taxes using TURBO-TAX. I received my VA State refund BUT NOT the Federal Refund of $599.00. Can U HELP???

You'll get an explanatory letter from the Bureau of the Fiscal Service if your refund is offset. The remainder of your refund will be processed as usual. An offset shouldn't delay it, unless your entire refund was applied to your debt.

I still have NOT received my 2018 Tax Refund. My 1040 was filed via TurboTax. IRS website says it was received and awaiting approval. That was over a year ago. Can U help??? Thank U......Frank Porto
