I had to id verify my taxes in which I did and online it said that my refund was sent to a 3rd party bank for my advance from turbo tax but I called and that don't even acknowledge any money ever being there so where is my money

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
