Follow the steps below.&amp;nbsp;I have called the system to create these steps for you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Listen&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt; to the recording (you cannot skip it)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt;Press 2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt; to continue using the automated system.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt;The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;do not enter either one of these&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial"&gt;)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How are we supposed to request a new car without a card number. My card was never delivered,&amp;nbsp; so how am I supposed to enter the number. This is fraud business. I will give horrible reviews on every site possible and will never file with yall again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
