Do turbotax send check refunds to foreign adress?

TurboTax does not send any checks ever. Refund checks come from the IRS or state.

The IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank but will mail a check to a foreign country which you can then cash or deposit in your own account there.

The IRS can mail a refund to check to a foreign address, but does not make direct deposits into foreign bank accounts. In the File section of TurboTax, indicate that you want a refund check, not a direct deposit into your bank account.
