Hello I have filed taxes for 2019 but because I was a full time student who didn't earn anything I won't get any money back from a return.

Assuming the Trump adminstration is able get legislation passed to give out 1,000+ dollars stimulus. Would I still quality and would I need a direct deposit on file or isy mailing address my usual returns go to get a paper check ?

Let Congress pass the law then you can KNOW what to do to get the money.

If you do not have direct deposit, you will receive a paper check in the mail.
