Local income tax

I am doing my sons taxes and he had 2 job in our local city. It didn't not offer anything to file with said city. Last year it did and he had to pay. How can this be fixed? I went back in and review everything but it was all entered correctly.

There are only a few city/local returns that can be prepared using TurboTax. For most local returns you are on your own to obtain the forms and take care of it yourself.

It allowed me to use this for last years Walker city taxes. Why not this year????
