I e-filed my returns (federal and state of Ohio) but I am unable to print hard copies for my records.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

I filed and submitted the 2019 federal and state returns. I received my refunds. I need to print a copy of the returns, to present evidence of having done and submitted them.

How can I so this now?

Or you can download your tax return using Print Center and choose the option for all worksheets.

Sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page
Scroll down and click on Add a state. (this just gets you back in)
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.
Then click on Print Center.
Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Where to find "Download all forms and worksheets"? from online TurboTax version?

I noticed that the Download/Print pdf version can't include all forms and worksheets.

I have printed a full version pdf from online TurboTax, but the full version pdf can't still include all forms and worksheets I have done on TurboTax online, so I don't think this is a full version pdf printing.

Still two questions:

1, Who knows that the download TurboTax product can provide a true full version pdf?

2, Which version pdf (basic or full version) should be submitted for Online TurboTax and Download TurboTax products?

You asked how to print the tax return (PDF) to include all worksheets using the online editions

I gave you the answer above - Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Any of the desktop CD/Download editions will include all the worksheets -

Click on File

Click on Print/Save for Your Records

Click on Save a PDF

Click on Forms to review or keep for your records

Click on Tax Return, all calculation worksheets

Click on Save as PDF
