Hey All! I am on military assignment and I used Turbo Tax's online version. My return was denied and I don't know why. I only worked one job and received one W-2. I don't have access to my files at home. Their contact pages have been incredibly unhelpful.

When you say "denied", do you mean that your e-file was rejected? If so, please copy and paste in the e-file rejection message you received so that we can better assist.

Or do you mean that you still haven't received your refund? Please provide details.

HI Giselle, thank you for your response. This is what the emails said.

"What happened

REJ001 - This state return was rejected because the federal taxing authority has not yet accepted or has rejected the federal return."

IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.

Your Federal return has been rejected because the 2018 AGI that you entered didn't match the IRS record. The AGI is reported on your 2018 1040 form. If you can't access last year's return, you can request an online transcript from the IRS website.
