Change your PIN by logging in to the Turbo Card App. If you do not have the Turbo Card App, you can download it from your App store. Please click the TurboTax FAQ link listed below for more information about how to download the app:

TurboTax does not have access to your account for the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card issued by Green Dot.

You will have to call the customer service for your Turbo Card (which is actually GreenDot). They don't allow you to change your PIN through the application. The # should be on the back of your card.

The app won't let me change my pin and I can't get a hold of customer support on the phone the call disconnects when it says they are transferring me
