 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (&lt;STRONG&gt;do not enter either one of these&lt;/STRONG&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;The system will then say " &lt;STRONG&gt;To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then press 1.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Press 2 for the option of " &lt;STRONG&gt;have not yet received your card&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I filed my taxes in January the exact date is the 29th you all accepted them and so did the federal IRS but then I received a letter stating that I had to go back and do my insurance info that I had already did with TurboTax fax my paperwork in on February 29th and still yet have not received my taxes but I had a friend that faxed her insurance paperwork back on the 29th of February and have received them already&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once you fax in your paperwork, it can take up to 60 days for the IRS to finish your return. Each return is different, so therefore each return takes a different amount of time. The IRS does not work on a first come first served basis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
