      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Okay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a mail today from FTB needing additional document. My house burned down and I lost all paperwork but I remember my information by heart. How am I suppose to sent them copies of my document if they all burned with my house? Please help. I dont know if anyone ever been in my situation before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Without knowing exactly what documents you're talking about, we can only give a general answer.&amp;nbsp; Your 2019 documents, such as W-2s, were only issued within the last month or two, so it shouldn't be difficult to call all the issuers and ask for copies.&amp;nbsp; Also, many companies now put their documents online at year-end, so you could try the web site for any issuers and see if they have their year-end forms available online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if you're talking about 2018 documents, you should still be able to call the issuers to request copies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
