    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do not mail in another return, that could complicate things because there would be two returns for the same person in the IRS system.&amp;nbsp; The IRS will send back your return &amp;amp; request you sign it &amp;amp; then mail it back.&amp;nbsp; It can take a couple weeks because mailed returns are processed by hand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
