Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

If you have TurboTax Online you can clear your cache and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.

I am unable to open my turbo tax from 2019. I cannot open the saved file or the cd. My apple is older and it states I need to update the app.

I filed 2019 with this same computer and I want access to my purchase!!!
