I received email from Turbotax saying I need to amend my return cause employers payroll provider Ulitpro information didnt transfer from box 12, when I go to amend it wants to charge me $60 how do I avoid this fee since this was issue between Turbotax software and Ultipro

Won’t allow me to speak to anyone, wants me to upgrade my turbo tax and I’m not paying for it
