Has anyone recvd an update as of 3/6/2020 if not when does the irs update online where’s my refund and transcripts?

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I left a pointed message to the IRS on the hotline...... I got an update on my refund update page.

Copy and paste.... cut to the chase... the IRS does not have the money.

Again.... the government does not have the money.

This is my recent update on IRS website

You requested a direct deposit of your refund when you filed your return. However, we are unable to complete your request. Instead, we are sending a check to the address shown on your tax return.

Your tax refund is scheduled to be mailed by March 13, 2020. If you do not receive the refund by April 10, 2020, please contact us again. We are unable to take any action until then.

I FILED ON 1/27. THESE PEOPLE GIVE HARD DEADLINES EVERY DAY YET THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT.
