My refund was accepted in send to the bank on February 26, 2020. The problem is that on the direct deposit bank account information i don't have all the account numbers

If the bank rejects your deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.

If you follow these steps you will be able to talk to someone it was a 30 minute wait and couldn’t tell me anything I hope you get the answers you need

Will you let us know what happens with yours? I’ve been waiting since 2/27 my refund was rejected by the bank for the same reason and sent back to the irs 2/27 they are telling me 4/1 but the Irs is saying my refund hasn’t been rejected and sent back yet.

If the IRS attempts to deposit your return to an account that the numbers are incorrect, they will send you a check in the mail.

Even if you call the IRS, they cannot change any account information within your return for security reasons.
