You are not able to track the arrival of your Turbo Visa Debit Card. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days). If you think your card should have arrived by now, please visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

I havent received my prepaid card yet. I ordered on january 29th. I havent got it yet

We don't have access to any tracking for your card. Your Turbo Prepaid card should arrive in the mail within

5-10 business days. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at

(888) 285-4169.

You can also report your card lost or stolen through this link. Turbo Debit Card Login

If you need to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
