I completed the instructions to amend my return to now include the 8962 form. I don't see that I can print the form to mail it. Do I need to "Pay Now" to be able to do that, because when I press "Pay Later", it doesn't show me the completed form?

Follow the instructions from the post above. You are not amending your return.

Yes. I drive myself crazy for two days and I ended up upgrading twice. Eventually, I had to pay $90. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just pay now and you can print 8962 and your new 1040. Only send 1040 if your return changed.
