    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently received notice CP63 from IRS yesterday 2/29/20 I have returns 2014-16 that I have to get filed by 3/5 to get my 2019 refund, for the unfiled returns can I file my disabled half sister ?she has lived with me since 2013,she gets ssi and disability, would I be able to file her to get the eitc credits&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;They aren't claimed as a dependent by someone else.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;They're a U.S. citizen, resident alien, national, or a Canadian or Mexican resident.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;They aren’t filing a joint return with their spouse.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;They lived with you the entire year.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;They made less than $4,200 in 2019.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;You&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/children-dependents/help/what-does-financially-support-another-person-mean/00/26532" target="_blank"&gt;provided more than half of their financial support&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
