&lt;P&gt;If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to try clearing out&amp;nbsp;your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using turbo tax online and I cleared my cache and all that but still shows my state is unavailable for amending still. All it says is unavailable by mail until 3/05/2020.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
