Time for Returns to Show Up in Transcripts

After submitting my 2019 Return, I was informed my refund is being withheld due to non-filing for a previous year (cough, 2016, cough). I spoke with an IRS Rep and was given steps to (snail) mail, overnight or FAX my completed and signed 2016 Return, and told it would/could take from 12 - ?? weeks to process. Meanwhile, I only have Fax confirmation that it was transmitted.

How long does it usually take for info such as Return Received or Return Accepted to be reflected in our Transcripts?

Any and all feedback much appreciated.

Turbo Tax will not have a time frame. You will have to contact the IRS for this information.
