There is no way to answer that since it depends on everything on your tax return.

Your refund is your calculated tax based on your income, deductions, credits and tax withholding. If the tax exceeds the withholding you get the difference as a refund reguardless of the amount.

The most you can get back would be if your income is low and you don't owe any tax on you income. Then you can get back all the withholding in W2 box 2 plus any refundable credits you qualify for.
