    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, if he owes child support it would come out of his (baby daddies) refund when he files (if they even take it, my sons dad owes me child support and they didn’t take it out of his refund as far as I know)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Can my child’s tax be taken away and given to owed child support from my baby’s father? My sister claimed him this year because I couldn’t work and they aren’t returning anything back because it was supposedly given to owed child support from another child my baby’s father has. But my child’s dad isn’t in my baby’s life anymore and we aren’t together can they do that? Is there any way I can fight it?</description>
