WMR has the code 151 but transcript has an 846 code!!!!

Where is my refund has the code 151 and says my return is under review and the IRS will be sending me a letter. However, my transcript has an 846 code with a deposit date and amount beside it. The amount is $1000 less than my original amount. What does this mean? Does it mean I will get the amount on my transcript?
