My offset debt will be paid 2-26-20. Will I receive the rest of my refund that same day?

Had the same exact thing. Paid on 2/26 talked to TOP was assured no delay in sending rest of my refund. I’m praying it comes tomorrow. Fingers crossed big time!!!
