I filed taxes and got a refund tax direct deposit of the 26th . I called the irs offset line n it told me I may have a offset but wheres my refund just gave date and the taxbtopic 152 but how long refunds tale to be given. There was nothing on wmr aboht a refund offset. Does wmr give u a tax topic if ur refund has been offset

Have you called the offset hotline? It let me know how.much my offset is, and from who, and told me.when it'll be paid. Wmr will tell you have an offset once your refund is approved. Mine was approved yesterday.

Yes I called says i may bave offset but no amount given. Had same thi g last year was accepted the 9th. Nothing by as been posted on wmr bout any offset at all. Have a red date for 2/26

Only thing I can suggest is speaking to a live agent about it on the offset hotline. Thats weird.
