I forgot if I chose debit card or a check mailed. Does anyone know how I can check

Yes, you can review the direct deposit account information on your printed 1040 tax return under the refund area. This will be found on your Form 1040 under the Refund section (Lines 21a and 21b). If the area is blank the IRS will mail you a check. Okay so I looked and its not my account info... what would show if I chose debit card option

If you selected the Turbo Prepaid Visa, it would show the account and routing number connected to the card. This will allow your refund to be deposited onto the card.
