it says error, and say my birthdate is incorrect but that's my actual birthdate. its typed in correctly on all paper work.

I had a rejection due to IRS and my birthdate is incorrect, says the IRS, but my birthdate is correct... and I paid my federal taxes by credit card, does this mean my payment didn't go through?
