She says that the WMR site will be updated February 15th for many people who are receiving refunds with credits.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>AND that's also the day that the IRS will begin disbursing funds. <P>This is a thread for those WITH credits who wish to start discussing or posting anticipated DDDs. Please do not respond with wikipedia copy and paste/irs.gov info about the PATH act or anything similar. We understand that they are held.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>However, in previous years, I have found I usually get mine around the 20th of February. Not the beginning of March. Obviously, the IRS gives itself wiggle room, so tells people to expect refunds with credits at the beginning of March.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Please just state that you claimed a credit or credits and when your Where's my Refund status changed and the date of your projected DDD. Or, state if you're still waiting for a status change.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If we don't put useless info that anyone can find on Google on here, then people can easily find what they're looking for; which is if any filers with credits have a DDD yet. Thanks.</P>

<P>filed on the 24th</P><P>ACTC only&nbsp;</P><P>accepted on the 28th&nbsp;</P><P>had basic accepted 1 bar and topic 152 showing</P><P>PATH message about the first week of February&nbsp;</P><P>still PATH message.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My job and credits haven't changed much over the years.&nbsp; Always received before end of february.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>Last year I did not have a PATH message showing. I'm sure I had ACTC because my income was within $2000 or so, Deposit was February 22nd</P><P>&nbsp;</P>

<P><LI-USER uid="1193863"></LI-USER>&nbsp; &nbsp;exact same credits here as always!&nbsp; and always I have had my refund by the 22nd.&nbsp; This is the first year I've seen teh PATH message, usually I've just stayed on processing, but his year I see thePATH message I've heard about in previous years.&nbsp; &nbsp; I think sometimes they display the message sometimes they don't&nbsp; My return is pretty basic.&nbsp; Standard head of household deduction, 2 kids, teacher, student loan interest, ACTC&nbsp; etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>I don't claim any mortgage interest or anything because the standard deduction worked out best so there's really not much to my return.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P>

<P>So this might be a stupid question but, my return was accepted 1/31 and there is no status change yet.&nbsp; I got the normal child tax credit, there's nothing in the box on my return for the "additional child tax credit" or the EITC, however on the first page of my return where it lists your child's name etc, the box that says "credit for other dependents" is checked and NOT the box "child tax credit"...&nbsp; do you think my refund is delayed because of the child tax credit?</P><P>Sorry, wasn't sure how to word this more sensibly</P>

She says that the WMR site will be updated February 15th for many people who are receiving refunds with credits.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>AND that's also the day that the IRS will begin disbursing funds. So, for some of us who have cards that promise your refund up to two days earlier (Serve Card, NetSpend, etc) you may receive your refund that day,&nbsp; this Saturday.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>She said her info about the 15th is part of standard training for tax preparers at Jackson Hewitt.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P>

In preparation for tomorrow:</STRONG></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>For those of you who didn't see my post yesterday, a Jackson Hewitt employee told me that the WMR site is supposed to update tomorrow for many people with credits AND the IRS will start disbursing funds tomorrow.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Now, this person could be wrong. But she seemed sure of the information she was providing to me. Assuming what she says is going to happen does in fact happen, it would be helpful if those following the thread could do the following.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Check WMR, if you have an update, please post what it says with DDD (if applicable) and the time you checked the site. If you have fees coming out of your refund, check SBBT/SBTPG and if there is an update, please post what it says and the time you checked the site.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>And when you get your deposit (whether it's as early as tomorrow, which IS possible for some pay card holders (Serve, Netspend, etc)) please post DDD posted on WMR, actual DDD, time, and the card or bank you use.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Obviously people are free to post that they have nothing yet, etc., but please just do that once per day until your WMR does update.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I hope the Jackson Hewitt employee is correct. For my son and me and everyone who is waiting!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Thanks everyone for following and contributing to this thread.</P>

<P>Hi Everyone!!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My return was accepted 1/27.</P><P>I too have the Path message.</P><P>I checked my transcripts and they are just like last year.</P><P>It shows the refund for 2-21-20</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Last year it obviously was off by one day.</P><P>Monday the 18th it updated last year with a deposit of the 2-22-19</P><P>Thankfully my bank shows pending deposits immediately, and I had access to it that Wednesday.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>So I expect mine to update Monday the 17th with a deposit date of 2-21 which is what my transcript show.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have had my refund show in my bank before WMR ever showed a deposit date every year.</P>

They will send it to your bank, probably today and if your bank doesnt hold it until the deposit date, you get it.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>But if you mean that it's just showing your refund amount, the answer is no, you get it after SBTPG gets it and sends it to your bank and your bank makes it available.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P>

<P>Filed 2/1 fed and state (NY) was accepted that day. &nbsp;I checked the where’s my refund site today and got tax topic 151 no code? &nbsp;Check the the where’s my refund (NY) and it said my refund was being applied to a tax liability? &nbsp;I’ve about had it with this god **bleep** state! &nbsp;No letters from NY at all about this nothing! &nbsp;The irs message saying I may not receive all or part of refund until they receive requested info? &nbsp;Nothing from NY on their site stating what I owe? &nbsp;Has anyone experienced this? &nbsp;I did claim college credit but with no code couldn’t claim EIC as i am a returning student in nursing school! &nbsp;Anyone have any info on this?</P>

I checked my status I still have the PATH message which will go away some time next week back to processing and then by the 22nd I’ll have a DDD. I anticipate the 25th. Works for me</P>

<P>Filed on the 1/27 as if this morning have the path message but was able to order transcript.&nbsp; Transcript last year said march 4 and i got my deposit on 2/27. Transcript this year says march 7th so i think around 2/27 again this year.&nbsp;</P>
