      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you don't have to staple anything since you don't actually have the original W-2. &amp;nbsp;If your substitute form is somehow incorrectly filled out, the federal and state taxing authority will adjust the amount based on their information and will send you correspondence why the amount is adjusted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
