Yes, the IRS does make deposits on Mondays.

However, February 18, 2019 (tomorrow) is President's Day and it is a federal holiday.

A refund will not be initiated tomorrow.

However, a refund initiated Friday may be deposited tomorrow.

The irs deposit scheduled says feb 4-10th deposit will be sent the 18th but today's Presidents' Day so could I see it in my account tomorrow?
