So I filed my taxes Jan 31 and I went on irs website to track my taxes and it said they can’t find anything on my taxes ???? But when I go to the TurboTax website it shows my refund amount and that I already filed .

please help

Are you entering the original refund amount before TurboTax fees are deducted in the refund section? Tips on where to get the refund amount, please see this TurboTax FAQ Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)? .

Yes that is the problem with it saying that its process but it keep saying the information is wrong on it
