As soon as you get your card, you can activate it online or over phone. If you are activating online, navigate to TurboPrepaidCard.com. On the home screen, click the blue button entitled Activate Card in right top corner, and then enter your card info to activate it.

Okay I have my TurboTax card. It arrived yesterday and I can’t activate it at all. I swear if I don’t get this problem resolved I’ll never do business with TurboTax again! Worst mistake I’ve ever made.

You can go to the TurboDebitCard.com website and activate your card there. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days).

Make sure you refund has been loaded to your Turbo card. Next, try deleting your browsers cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

If that doesn't resolve your issue contact Turbo Card sevices regarding your issue.

This is terrible. I will never use this site again and im letting my followers on ig @playmayka24 know about this scam.Yall make it were u cant talk to you. N dont have a dial up way to activate card. The scam is you wanting all of us to pay for the service to speak to you are you serious??? This has law suit all on it. Call me to activate my card ASAP [phone number removed]. The more i read comments the madder i became u guys are playing with our funds in the middle of winter smh.
