I’ve already filed my return, but the original bank account I chose for direct deposit has been closed. What do I need to do to change the way I receive my refund?

There is no way to change the method in which you will receive your refund once the return has been filed.

If the IRS attempts to deposit into an account that has been closed, they will mail you a check.
