This link is the bank IRS sends most of our money to and they deposit the fund in our account. Sometimes the site work and sometimes it doesn't anyone else having this same problem?

It can waver based on the traffic on the website at that time. Many are checking their status so they can become overflowed at times.

It worked just fine yesterday but today it says it can't find my account. So frustrating

my refund was lesser then the amount suppose to be received the sbtpg company you guys use took $1040 instead of $157. I would like someone to provide me an explanation cause this is concerning.

Please see this Help Article for possible reasons as to why your refund was less than expected.

You will need to contact TPG for information regarding your refund. They are one who handles your refund if you elect to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Refund Tracker to check on your refund.
