Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I found it in my 2015 notes........See if this works.

Make sure the Grayscale box is un-checked and then find the "Print as Image" box to check in the Advanced section.....as follows:

All of my tax info besides the basics on top are blank... How can I fix this so I can see my return before filing? No help anywhere. Automated line keeps disconnecting me and I called corporate only to be hung up on and now they don't answer.

This is not a printer issue and I know how to print.

It doesn't even show when saved as a PDF and I have Adobe with the PDF editor.

None of this is helpful.

I know how to print and use a printer.

What I am having issues with is the forms are BLANK. They have my info but none of the actual tax info I completed and see online in my program. I NEED REAL HELP WITH THIS NOT THIS BS YOU KEEP SENDING ME.

Please. I need to know why I cannot see any of the info. I need real help not these links to tell me how to print a document. This is not the issue the issue if the actual tax forms that are done online do not show any of the info when I print or save as a PDF.
