      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp; When you go to file, you can &lt;B&gt;use 0&lt;/B&gt; for last year's AGI if your 2017 return is not processed yet.&amp;nbsp; Your federal refund is neither taxable or tax deductible, so your 2017 refund amount doesn't affect your 2018 taxes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
