I filed with turbotax, and it never gave me the option of how I wanted to receive my refund. What do I do I downloaded my forms and it had an account # and routing number that I didn't choose

Please see the steps below for more information on retrieving your refund method:

Open your return if it's not already open.
On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.
On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year's return.
On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2019 federal returns and Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets (optional), then select View or Print Forms.
The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2019 Federal Tax Return next to Balance Due/Refund.

Please note: We do not have access to your information.

It is likely that if you have an account number/routing number listed that isn't "yours" you were probably assigned a Turbo Tax Prepaid Card. Once you verify the information using the above steps, you can call the Turbo Tax Prepaid Card customer service utilizing your social security number to obtain information on getting a replacement card:
