I was notified E-file was rejected. I have been separated from my ex for 3 years . Last year I started the Divorce paperwork and waiting on a Judgement signing. Everything is the same work wise. Not sure what the problem is any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I been separated from my soon to be Ex for 3 years now when I file do I file married but filling separately or in what status do I file under?

Unless you can file as head of household since you support children, you will need to file as married-separate since you are legally married.
