Just checking in to see if anyone has updates. Has your Path Act message change to a deposit date yet? When did you file and were accepted?

Yes, Yes I know mid February but we are here and 15th is on Saturday but Monday is President Day, federal holiday.

I filed 1 - 22. It was accepted 1-23. nothing has a dated on my end. I have friends getting their state and federal already and I don't have anything. My brother got his a week after filing. I swear every year I feel like I'm waiting longer and longer.

That happens from time to time. The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. Returns with the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit may take a little longer to be deposited due to the PATH Act.
